dealer vs private?

Hi there, can I pick your brains as to what you would do in this situation ? we saw a really great van today at a dealer its got mostly everything we are looking for Its a 2008 bailey bretangne with a 12 mths warranty.

But we have been enquiring on gum tree(private) about a bailey olympus 2011 which has everything plus extras ready to go for £600 more plus its so new and SHINY!...... but it seems mad to part with all that cash with no come back.... what would you do?
