tips on how to haggle with a dealer

Hi there, were looking for our first van, we have been to some dealers but have only been looking, I have to admit when it comes to the pricing I have'nt  a clue!

we would be looking to pay cash or if it was a good deal I would take finance only if 0% though.

any tips would be great!
