Lift type cycle carrier

While on site the other day I saw a roof mounted cycle rack with a single counter balanced arm that was lowered down  side of car, cycle was then attached to end of arm then with very little physical effort the arm with cycle attached was raised to the upright
position,  the wheels were then strapped to dedicated positions on roof rack. I have searched the internet and they appear to be made by Thule but sold as Volvo and BMW  accessories, but cannot find a price or supplier. Please can any member help  with any
information.Would be most appreciative for any help.
