We have recently bought a outwell Pacific inflatable awning having done lots of research and read reviews that gave it 4 stars. Has anyone else got one of these? We are using it for the frst time and whilst very easy to put up we just cant get the sides
to stretch and so they are constantly flapping in the wind. THis was not mentioned in any of the reviews so we are wondering if we are doing something wrong. All advice welcome please as we are wet and windy Cornwall!

after inflating did you peg the bottom of the sides walls that are next to the van first? and try and get the ladders well under the caravan? that might help.

Also on your model is there a cushioned pad that goes against the van? is so you can buy telescopic poles that slot into the top of the wall at the awning rail and these will help keep that part of the awning much more rigid when pegging the ladders further
    out.

Thanks . We will try to re adjust. ( once the rain stops!) Have got the telascpoic poles but cant see where they should slot in as the top notch is vertical as opposed to horizontal ?

glad to help, if the poles rae for that anwing they should fit, on mine (a suncamp) its a bit fiddly to insert the flat bit at the top of the poles.
