Yet another huge service outage
following on from the previouse outage of a day or so ago (where, at least, there was a message to say that there were 'serious issues' that were causing problems) we now get another unscheduled service outage that seemed to affect the whole of the CC site,
yet they couldnt provide a link to an info page telling us what this was about or how long customers would be without the service.
this point has been raised on numerous occasions, and it appeared that it had been taken on board.....leaving your customers clueless as to whats happened to a aspect of the service is just plain poor treatment of them....
i realise that CT is just a forum but it does reveal much about the approach to customers when something goes wrong that concerns me. This latest outage was (as far as i could see) the whole site including bookings,
which is the loss of a serious income stream, yet no link to tell customers what the problem is or when it will be available.
