Organising MH/caravan kitchen drawers

does anyone have large deep kitchen drawers in their caravan or MH?
if so, how do you organise them so that, when partially filled, items dont move around during transit?
Im considering Ikea type 'domestic' type dividers and non-slip linings in the bottom of each.
Any thoughts?
