Shame about Bailey getting such negative comments!! We have recently changed from a Coachman to a Bailey and love it. OK some minor things will need rectifying at the first service but nothing to stop us enjoying the van. On the other hand our new Coachman suffered major problems eg three windows literally fell out due to fault sticky tape, the fridge door fell off, and in the middle of a Winter break away the heater packed up!! Build quality can vary widely whatever van you buy, its mainly down to luck!!

You get negative comments on all makes but the PC customer surveys suggest there is not a lot in it between the two. Adria and Sprite, not Swift, seem to be consistently the best and Eldiss bottom but the others are so close the odd extra good or bad report might actually move them up or down a place.

Not quite a complete list, but how Hymer Group describe some of there products. The new Burstner Elegance is no longer made at the Burstner factory and I believe the new N&B Smove is not being made at the N&B factory at Polch.
Don't want to bore you about the Erwin Hymer Group, but I could not believe that they make most of the group profit from selling aluminium products such as step ladders and scaffolds and not motorhomes. Assume their expertise in the purchase and use of aluminium extended else where and has grown rapidly to overtake the leisure market which was their initial core industry.
