Any ex-caravanners here??
We have been caravanning for the past 30 years but as we are now getting to a more advanced age we have been considering the benefits of swopping to a small motorhome but, so far, have not made the change. We have fully considered all the pros and cons ie
no car for quick shopping trips or visiting places (I would not consider towing a small car - why change from towing a caravan); not so much storage for all the gear we always take in our caravan, etc, etc. However, it would seem far easier to set up on site
and I can keep it at home which I can't do with the caravan. My questions are:
Has anyone changed from a caravan to a motorhome? Are you glad (or sorry) you made the change? Would you ever consider changing back to a caravan?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
