About 30 years ago my brought her slow cooker into the relationship, over the years we have used it and the results have been quite uniformly Rubbish!  I couldn't understNd why people go on about them.  About 6 weeks ago we bought another one from Aldi for
about £13 what a revablation brilliant I am a complete convert. This,one will actually simmer if left long enough the old one only gets to 70c.  So next time they are on offer buy one and try it.

Ps Tescos had one that looked remarkably similar from the box for  £10
