Motor mover capabilities

I'm sitting outside my caravan on my pitch at the CC site in Looe. The weather is great and it's lovely and peaceful. When we arrived last Friday it was a different matter as everywhere was soaking wet.

Anyone that has been to the CC site at Looe will know the grass pitches are on a bit of a hill. Anyway on arrival I did the usual reversing onto the pitch and then unhook the car and did the rest with the motor
mover. I have a brand new van and brand new powrtouch evo mover and so far the mover has coped with everything, until last Friday. In this case it was unable to move the caravan wheel up the chock to allow the to level it side to side. The roller kept slipping
on the wheel so rather than chew up the rubber I have a slight uneven caravan this week.

Since this is my first caravan, etc I have nothing to compare against so am I expecting too much of this mover? is a fairly steep slope and wet tyres too much or should I get the mover adjusted by the dealer?

thanks
