Computer says not yet!

Last week I bought something from Amazon. It wasn't urgent so I didn't pay extra for 24 hour delivery.  Latter the same evening I get an email to say the item will be delivered between 10:27 - 11:27 next day and I could the progress of the delivery van as
it closer 

To cut a long story short at about 10:20 a delivery van turns up.  I wander out to collect parcel.  But wait I can't have it yet I have to wait until 10:27.  So I go back in shaking my head and exactly at 10:27 there is a knock on the door and delivery man
is on my doorstep ready to handover the parcel.

sometimes I don't know whether to laugh or cry at the stupidity of this.
