Plymouth CC site - easy access to the city?

Hi,

We're booked for a week at the Plymouth CC site and would like to visit the city whilst we are there. We try to avoid taking the car into any town. I HATE paying to park...... Just a personal quirk. Please can anyone advice the best way of gettimng into
Plymouth from the site without taking the car very far?
