2008 or 2009?

We have a sterling Europa 620 2009 model well we though we did. A recent trip to a dealer to discuss part exchange and he informed us that it was a 2008 as the tenth digit on the window was an 8. However we pointed out that the documentation for the van
was 2009 (registered). I know this because the van has different work tops and graphics on 2009 model which ours has.

He would only base his price on a 2008 model. My question is when i come to sell it do i advertise it as a 2009 or 2008. I'm sure he was using this to his advantage regarding the price!!
