Motor mover problems

Hi there could anyone advice me how to remove the nylon drive clog from a ego motor mover, On the offside the mover is not moving to engage the wheel but it still works when i switch the mover on.

I have tried to look to see how i can remove the nylon drive but can't see how to get in to remove it, there is a cover on the end but it's just a small hole to try and get the nylon drive out.
