My CL sites have disappeared!!

I have just been on the CC site to print out details of a couple of CL sites I have booked for this years summer road trip and they have disappeared!!  I have had notification of this either from CC or the CL site!!  How do i stand on my booking etc?  These
are the only CC sites i have booked this year and they have BOTH disappeared without any notice, I think this is very poor.  Has anyone else been  having this problem?
