Can a Caravan Club Centre hold a rally at any location or does it have to be at either a CC site, CL or affiliated site?
The reason I ask my area has two local Centres BOTH of which use to hold annual rallies at a local CL/farm, however since the CL lost its CL certificate last year neither centre has included the loacation in their 2012 rally programme?
