In April this year I purchased a new Isabella Magnum awning. Very pleased with it. On a recent holiday a 'D' ring corner pegging strap broke.
On 7th July spoke to Isabella service dept, on 9th July a heavy duty bag was delivered to my h/a, 10th July awning collected by courier. Today 17th July awning delivered back to my h/a pegging strap replaced.
Yes the awning was not cheap, but if I get service like I've had I'm more than happy. Very impressed all round.
