Motorway services (closed)

We are travelling the length of the country from Sunderland to Portsmouth in September and obviously will need to stop so far down for fuel and a stretch of the legs. My main issue is the lay out of the fuel forecourts and how difficult it is to get through
with both car and van on . Can anyone recommend any good stops with easy access fuel on route.
