Caravan Show tickets

I have just bought 2 tickets to this years caravan show at the NEC. They were £8 each with no booking fee so the total is £16 right ?. Wrong its £17 because although there is no booking fee there is a 'Fulfilment Fee'. Apparently that covers the cost of
sending the ticket even though I printed my own.
