Mayday Dual Recovery

Hi All

Just looking at Maydays dual recovery and it states Dual Recovery to and from a Caravan club site, does this mean if i'm on the way to a rally field I would not be covered for Dual Recovery and also I presume to any other site privately owned or C&CC's
