Mayday (again) 1st time member

Gettiing a bit concerned, we paid for our Mayday subscription on the 6th July. We are still waiting for our documents to arrive. We have
telephoned the help line, apparently there was a problem with the submissions made on-line on the date we joined. Has anyone else had the same problem? It will be 4 weeks on Monday, since we joined.
