I will not bore you with all the gory details, but I took my caravan into a service centre in early August for its first annual service as it a new van, Some warranty work was required, and I was advised it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get agreement and parts from the manufacturer.

It is now mid December, and today I went to pick up the van, and low and behold there was a scatch on the van that was not there before, and half of the repairs had failed to fix the problem. The worste part of this story is that the manufacturer (Swift) and service centre seem to think this is acceptable and something we should be willing to accept. I will think long and hard about buying another Swift or any other make if they think this is acceptable or from a centre that does not value it's customers. Should we expect better?
