Hi, I know there are existing debates already posted but  as I am still unsure about where I stand, perhaps one of you guys can clarify for me.

I am over 70 and my driving licence has the catagory BE The description says "you can drive vehicles up to 3,500kg Max Authorised Mass with a trailer weighing up to 3,500kg" but I
have a restriction code "01 Eyesight correction".

As I am about to upgrade my caravan, which would take the combined weight of the car and van over 3,500 kg.

Am I still covered or am I one of those who will need to go through reapplying for a new driving licence?
