Problems with Fiat Ducato euro v base

Hi, we have a 2012 Autotrail 3.5 tonne weight and 150bhp engine.  We have a problem that the mechanics and engineers can't find. We would love someone who has motorhome which is driving well, with same age, weight and engine, to test ours for us. And maybe
let us drive yours. We live in N. Yorks so if there is anyone out there who doesn't live too far away please let me know.
