Rally venue required for music meet in the North

Hello

I did email the CC about this but so far no reply.

I am organising a meet for 20-30 motorhomes with a musical theme.  It will just be an informal get together where a few musians might bring guitars, banjos, that type of thing.

I May have use of a scout tent as a meeting area but I am wondering if there are any rally sites that perhaps might have a bar or function room attached that we can use.  Its going to be early May so weather could be ok or could be cold.

We would prefer a location in Yorkshire across to Cumbria but not too far north or too far south

 

Any ideas?
