Bailey Genoa Table

Hi, we have a new Bailey Pegasus Genoa, as soon as we started to use the table, we noticed the the bottom hinge on the unit door would catch the table top every time we slid the table out. We met a man on a site said he had the same problem. Anyone else
?. Bailey replaced the table top but did nothing to stop the problem with the hinge, I think its a design fault. Anyway we now transport the table in the car,
