When will we have Caravan Club apps for iPhone?

Loving the new Club Together! Would be really fab if we had an app for iPhone please?! Not easy to book sites etc using the regular website on an iPhone.

    I think back then the website struggled with anything IOS operated. Things did improve, and the old bookings platform was possibly the best functioning and easiest part of the website to use.

    New App, I think the club needs new I.T as it was down yesterday and intermittent today. How can people book holidays if they need to?.

    If they are new to the club and are unable to log in then they may not be aware of this facility. The point is it is a poor offering to mermbers.

    The outage wasn't the club fault and these things do not happen very often so I would say it's not really a poor offering to members.

    The club's number is on google and my port of call would be to ring that if the website didn't work. That's what I've done in the past with other companies. Also if they are new they will have received an email wit a contact number anyway?

    That’s the point I was attempting to make, Corners. Online or in print, there are always contact details somewhere. Even FB doesn’t require any sign up to acquire CAMC contact details. I think CAMC did all they could given the outage at the Fastnet end.

    Surely when folk post on CT it is accepted that they are stating their opinion. In mine, I don’t have any issue with the booking system. Initially it was very laboured and a bit of a pain, as you had to fill in everyone’s name, but that’s was sorted out ages ago.
    I  am however happy to accept that others have different opinions. Although it would be better if those problems were stated, then perhaps other members could offer help. 

    On the subject of the OP we still don’t have a proper caravan club App. They might call it an App and you might find it in the App store, but it’s nothing more than another way of accessing the web based booking system. You might as well use the browser based version, as at least you can use that in landscape format on a pad. There is no offline functionality to the App. Therefore how can it be used instead of the site directory, as they suggested in a past email. Perhaps one day we will get a proper App similar to the ACSI one, where you have the option to download map and  site details and / or CL’s for use offline.

    Also I've given up on using the App, it works for bookings but it can never show my membership card and asks me to log out and back in, but that doesn't help and so like you I just use the web based version for showing my card on arrival and for bookings.
