SOLAR PANEL PROBLEM?

hi ,can anybody please help,i have solar panels on my campervan and yesterday a very loud bleeping sound was coming from where the leisure battery is stored  under the bed. by the time i got to the battery the bleeping had stopped,but since then
the display is only showing 10/11volts.hope someone can help.
