TV ARIEL PROBLEM,

Hello to you all we've just taken delivery of our first caravan but would like to know do all tvs work from the stratas as we can no way get a signal we've done everything retuned rebooted, turn the ARIEL tilted it but we just keep getting 0% signal back
on our screen we've auto searched, manual searched but again not a sausage so any advice and help would again be fully appreciated. Kind regards Dean.
