Front centre window rubbing

Hi we have the problem of our centre window rubbing , mentioned it to dealer they fobbed us off but we are going to go back . could you please advise us as to whether it is actually safe to tow with the window bowing . we usually use a front cover and it
wasn`t until this weekend we noticed how much it actually bows in on the motorway as we didn`t have the cover on this trip thanks Deb n John
