Location of Switch for Powertouch in a Lunar C'van

We had a Powertouch caravan mover fitted to our new Lunar caravan by the Lunar dealer but we haven't used the mover!  

We haven't used it because the main switch has been fitted to in the locker under one of the front beds which is very inconvenient, especially if there is bedding in the locker.  The electronic control box (ECB) was also fitted on the floor of the locker
but the user instructions say that the ECB gets warm when in use so is not to be covered with clothing, etc.  We took the caravan back to have the switch and ECB relocated, the ECB was moved but we were told that there was nowhere else for the switch. Has
anyone else had the same problems?

Powertouch have not replied to any of my emails.
