Tow Cars with Spare Wheels

How many of the most popular tow cars come with a full size spare wheel, I believe the trend with manufacturers these days is for the sealant/compressor option or space saver due to CO2 Emission weight saving? These options are really only a get off the
motorway fix, whereas a full size spare does give you the option to carry on when towing? I believe Kia Sportage and Sorento models do come with full size spares which coupled with there warranties makes them quite attractive?
