Outdoor Revolution Compactalite storm straps

Both the side storm straps on my 3 year old Outdoor Revolution Compactalite Carbon 325 have deteriorated and i require 2 new ones. However Outdoor Revolution web site does not do spares and i have tried to source from e-bay and other sources but to no avail. Has anyone had any dealings or knows where i can source them from or suggest any replacements that would fit.
