Elddis fixed bed mattresses

I have a new 2015 Elddis Affinity 554 with fixed island bed.

The mattress is extremely firm and hard, and I will have to replace it with something more comfortable.

Has anyone replaced their mattress, and can you tell me how and where you changed it?

I have been told that mattress toppers and memory foam mattresses are not the answer.
