Found a lovely site near St Davids for a seasonal pitch for our caravan. Its near the coast and about 40 minutes from home. Allthough not a club site it is as good as and is immaculate with childrens play area shower block with family and disabled bathroom
,separate camping and field for tourers and a dedicated field for the kids to enjoy football etc. To top it off it has a 9 hole pitch & put golf course and a lovely helpful couple who manage the site. 1st April until 30th October was £1350 including electric
hook ups and free use of all facilities including showers and laundry room. We decided to get a seasonal pitch in order to get the most use out of our caravan with our grandson. It means we can go for a day an evening or as long as we want. Quiet a bit of
money but with the average club site costing around £50 for 3 nights its good value and we have not got the extra fuel costs of towing the van. The other consideration was that for weekends on club sites with work I struggle to arrive on Friday night before
the sites close and then have to leave early afternoon on Sunday. Looked at the club seasonal pitch  at St Davids but it was very limited early /late season. We are giving it a trial for this year so will let you know how it worked out at the end of the season.
