B+E licence test.

Having towed comfortably for 4 years we have recently upgraded our tow car and have subsequently started to look at different caravans that are slightly roomier and heavier. 

 

Having passed my driving test post 1997 I'm aware I need to take my B+E to tow a combined weight of over 3500kg. 

Has anyone had experiance of the test and roughly how much it costs as the gov site states you must provide tow car plus trailer.
