Easy pitching?

Im thinking of going away in the van with my daughter for a few days over Easter, however its a long time since I did the towing course and we have just bought a slightly bigger van. 

Hubby has to work over Easter so basically, I am looking for sites that are no further than 2-3 hrs from York where pitching is " relatively " easy! 

I have always fancied Ferry Meadows  due to the cycling, but am a little put off after reports of not particularly pleasant staff, esp if i need a bit of help on my own!

Why did i not insist on a mover on the new van!!
