Wheel Lock for 13" Al-Co chassis

Hi all,

I have been searching around trying to find a suitable wheel lock for our Pennine but am bewildered by the results. I am looking for a wheel lock that with the following:

Fit snugly around my 165R 13" wheel/tyre

Cover the wheel bolts to prevent wheel removal

Be a good quality deterrent (ideally 'sold secure')

Around the £50 mark.
