Stress
Evening all, some help to relieve my stress would be gratefully received!
Went to part ex my current van, only for dealer to say that there is "hail damage" On one side of the van which is not noticeable unless you look at it from a certain angle and which we never saw. It now warrants an insurance claim. As far as I was concerned
the van is in very good condition and if knew damage was there I would have told them.
Dont want to sound cynical but;
1. are they being picky about the damage?
2. they have plenty of 2nd hand vans on display which may also have hail damage. So wiukd the dealer have to repair the damage before sale?
3. anybody made a claim for "hail damage"?
4. is the dealer trying to make money out if the insurance claim?
Thank you in advance for your Stress busting tips.
