Damp Test

Hi all, I recently started a discussion about part exchanging my current caravan, for which I'm grateful for all the replies. However, I am in a dilemma. Having had the van serviced last year, the damp test showed everything ok. But as I am p/e, do I do
a damp test to show that all is goo and negate any possible situations that may occur on handover of old van for new one?
