Insurance Renewal

My motorcaravan renewal notice arrived this morning and I spotted a £10 renewal charge. What numpty thought this up?

This is the first time I've come across this _ the opposite of loyalty bonus in my view. Over the years I've always gone with the Caravan Club but I'm blowed if I'm paying for them to accept my business. There was then the usual chat with the manager who
said he'd drop it this year but not next.

 

OK - so they'll lose my business next year instead of this!
