Perfect pitching

I've just read the letter in  Feb's mag titled perfect pitching and it reminds me why I never use club sites. I don't need a " RSM" shouting about how I choose to site my caravan when I'm out to relax. CL's are not normally visited by such a person.  Why
do they try to govern every body around them.
