Caravans with a solid door back bedroom?

My wife and I are totally new to caravaning and would like to invest in our own van after borrowing one for a week recently and doing the North Coast 500 in Scotland (which we loved btw). Looking at layouts of vans, we think that having a back bedroom with
fixed bunks for our expanding young family would be ideal. They seem to be as rare as hens teeth though, particularly with a solid door so we could put the kids down and still enjoy cooking a meal and relaxing in the front lounge without waking them up. Do
such vans exist and are there any particular models I should be looking out for?

All tips and advice greatfully received.

I assume you like the double lounge at front and rear which seems to be going out of fashion. They are still available from Adria and I think as  a Quasar but they have a curtain rather than a door. To get a door you would probably have to look at the new
models with a full width centre toilet. If second hand there are a few models with rear beds but you will normally get a curtain or thin partition.

Bailey 646 twin axle or 546 single axle.

Both have triple fixed bunks and wooden sliding door.

That sounds great. Looks like the Bailey 646 and 546 are the ones for us. I'll look for a decent one for sale to have a look at.
