Bailey Unicorn Valencia Window Blinds

Hi, We've been having a series of extremely frustrating experiences with two of our window blinds, to the point where we need to replace them. While I know Bailey supply spares I am feeling a reluctance to add
to there profit margin by buying replacements from them. (When they are the source of the problem)

Would really appreciate if anyone can assist with sourcing these.
