Hybrid or not ?

So this is an open question to the Club techies dept. Please have you any notion as to when you may be testing one of these new hybrid vehicles as regards a sauitable tug ?

 The new Citroen annouced last week has 200 bhp advertised and some other hybrids to be released have enormouse bhp figures combining a diesel engine and mixed power to the electrics.

On paper these new vehicles look like a towwers dream but something is nagging at the back of my mind as to their ability to do the job ...but as so far,no one seems to have answered the question. Please any one got any answers.
