Cooking help needed please!

Hi everyone,

this is my first post! We're about to go on our first caravan trip next week and am panicking about cooking! I'm not a great cook at the best of times but in a tiny kitchen the food disaster potential is huge! I was thinking about a gas BBQ (as the husband
seems to automatically take over then!) but they seem to be quite expensive. Please can anyone suggest a reasonably priced gas BBQ, or a cheep to hire cook for the week!!!? Thanks
