Vote facility?

A lot of forums have a vote facility. It would be interesting on CT to be able to just have a straight yes/no vote on some of the perennial issues - eg 

                 deposits

                 booking hard stands

                 enforcing 12.00 departures 

maybe this would then allow the cc to gauge feeling on issues at a glance rather than having to read the discussions?
