I''ve cooked for the last three days cos o.h. working. Wednesday Spanish chicken involtini, delicious Thursday Cod with pesto and cheese a gastronomic masterpiece, tonight a simple steak and wedges delicious .......... Except I chose to use pesto instead of wholegrain mustard as a condoment. Interesting fusion of flavours!
