Service with a ....... Nothing

O.H. Ordered two boxes of wine from a W ellknown upmarket supermarket on line. Yesterday the delivery arrived but only one case. O.H. Waited for the second box and to sign. The van drove off.

O.h went on line to track the delivery, only to see the two had been delivered and
signed for.  

Contacted both The supermarket and delivery people who expressed concern and said this was a disciplinary matter and the box would arrive today.

It did, dumped un-announced on the doorstep. No signature to say it had  been delivered, in fact no personal contact. Could it have been an early drone delivery        Or just rubbish service?
