Caravanning after spine surgery

This is a question for anyone who has carried on caravanning after they have had surgery on their spine. Has anybody had a a microdiscectomy surgical procedure and resumed caravanning after. If someone has, do they have any tips they could pass on? I have
chronic low back pain most of the time, which  occasionally becomes acute. Any tips re driving, sitting etc would be most welcome, as I am itching to get back into my caravan as comfortably as possible. Many thanks.
